• Pay all fees for services rendered

4. Fees and Payments

Our service fees are as published on our website or as quoted for specific services. You agree to:

• Pay all fees prior to or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed
• Pay any additional costs incurred due to changes in your requirements
• Be responsible for any bank or transaction fees

All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified.

Express services are available for an additional fee.

• We do not verify the factual accuracy of content in documents
• Final responsibility for document accuracy rests with the client
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client documents and information, subject to:

• Your authorization to share information with third parties as needed to complete services

8. Intellectual Property

All templates, forms, and materials we create remain our intellectual property. Clients receive:

• A license to use the final documents for their intended purpose
• No rights to reproduce, distribute, or resell our templates or materials

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies:

• Services may be cancelled before work begins with full refund
• After work begins, refunds are prorated based on work completed
• No refunds after documents are delivered and accepted
• Administrative fees may apply to cancellations

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
